I have been constipated for a long time we have lost a lot of weight I have terrible pains in my stomach now I have to go and get a CT scan on my stomach and bowels lost a lot of weight has anyone lost weight with having IBS. I’m just hoping it’s not bowel cancer can anybody let me know no if they have lost weight having IBS thank you
