I’ve had a severe constipation since age 14,was diagnosed with mega colon ,had BMS only every 4 to 5 days.
Had to get embarrassing weekly enemas from my mom till age 22.the enemas helped me a lot,but made me Dependant on them for life.
Any advice how to get off weekly enemas ?
