Ronald’s Personal Story

Ronald’s Personal Story: “I’m taking full control and admitting to myself that I have IBS”

What helps you ease your stomach? Take a shower. I’m 29, male. Started getting sick years ago, hard to hold a job. But finally realizing I have IBS. Can’t take it anymore. So I’m taking full control and admitting to myself that I have IBS. Going to consult with a doctor. I always thought I been getting sick from drugs and alcohol. Which is also the case since I’ve been reading all about it. I am drug and alcohol free, don’t smoke cigarettes nor do I drink anything except water forever, I’m going through a crisis tho, I need a job, I need to feel better everyday so I can work, I want to work. I don’t want to sit here as a friend ass man and let my brother take care of me by letting me live here and shower like crazy. It’s about time, love you all and wish this on nobody.
